Skid Control are back to defend their title after taking the overall 2018 Queensland Endurance Championship with a close 2nd place at the Willowbank 300 and 1st place at the Lakeside 300!
The EVL86 will be driven by Dylan Cothill and Trent Laves. Both drivers have a large amount of motorsport experience with Dylan being the owner and chief instructor of Skid Control, taking 3rd place in the 2018 Production Sports car championship, 1st place in Time Attack Street Class 2017, 1st place King of QR NA class for 2017, 1st place in the Japanese Nationals NA Class for 2017 and a history of being a QEC Champion driver.
Trent also has a successful history and slew of awards being a multiple local and regional Kart Champion (2000 – 2004), 1st place Junior National Class winner in the 2003 QLD Sprint Kart Championship, class winner in both the 2016 and 2017 Time Attack series, 1st place King of QR 2017 Street Tuned class and being the overall QEC defending champion. Additionally, Trent holds the S-Chassis lap records for both QR and Lakeside Park!
