Erebus Motorsport V8 Supercar and GT3 machinery will go head-to-head as part of the Top Gear Festival's Ultimate Speed Showdown at Sydney Motorsport Park next month.
The comparison will draw together a Red Bull Formula 1 car driven by Daniel Ricciardo, Ducati World Superbike ridden by double world champ Troy Bayliss while drives in the Erebus V8 Supercar and Erebus GT will be alternated between Will Davison and Lee Holdsworth over the weekend.
Garth Walden's World Time Attack Mitsubishi Lancer and a Neal Bates-driven rally car will also take part.
Each machine will be flagged off at staggered intervals in a five-lap race around the circuit formerly known as Eastern Creek.
Erebus replaces Triple Eight as the V8 Supercars representatives at the festival following its inaugural year in 2013.

The team's GT arm finished third in last weekend's Bathurst 12 Hour with Davison, Jack Le Brocq and Greg Crick.
