Just days ahead of Sydney Motorsport Park’s pre-season test, V8 Supercars has released its pitlane order for the 2015 championship.
The finalisation of the order confirms the new pairing of single-car squads Tekno Autosports and DJR Team Penske, which will share a pit bay, boom and personnel this year.
The teams are placed as the eighth boom in the order under combined points from their respective #97 and #17 Racing Entitlements Contracts last year.
Brad Jones Racing, which had paired its #21 Dale Wood Holden with Tekno in 2014, has been granted permission to have two booms across its three entries.
With its own boom, Wood’s car will sit next to its Jason Bright and Fabian Coulthard driven stable-mates in the middle of the field.
The bulk of the order is set by the results of last year’s Teams’ Championship, which was won by Red Bull Racing Australia.
