The FIA will hear the Haas F1 Team's appeal against Romain Grosjean's disqualification from the Italian Grand Prix on November 1.
Grosjean finished sixth in Monza, but was excluded post-race after stewards deemed the floor on his car illegal.
The rule breach centred on the floor not having a 50mm radius at the front edge, with the team arguing that it had insufficient time to address the point which came courtesy of a technical clarification issued over the summer break.
Haas requested dispensation to run an older spec floor, which did not include the 50mm radius, for the Italian Grand Prix before addressing the issue for the Singapore race.
However, a protest from rivals Renault in Italy saw Grosjean disqualified.
The matter will now be heard by the International Court of Appeal in the week following the Mexican Grand Prix.
