MEDIA RELEASE: Unit Clothing will join Erebus Motorsport for the 2016 V8 Supercars season, supporting both the #4 and #9 entries.
This will be the first foray into V8 Supercars for the art-based street wear label which has an extensive heritage in two-wheel action sports.
Unit Clothing’s Toby Lynch said the Erebus Motorsport brand, and the brand of its drivers perfectly complemented the company’s philosophy.
“Erebus Motorsport and V8 Supercars is the perfect vehicle for us to reach new customers. The demographic has been identified as having loyal brand followers,” said Moore.
“We’ve found that David Reynolds and all the staff at Erebus Motorsport are a good fit for Unit and our philosophy as being a brand with no limitations.
“Unit was founded on the concept of ignition and spark, hence our logo, so we’re really excited about expanding our range into four-wheel action!”
To launch the new relationship, a limited edition Clipsal 500 signature series David Reynolds t-shirt will be available for purchase at http://store.penriteoil.com.au, or at the Adelaide Street Circuit during the four-day event.
The Clipsal 500 kicks off on Thursday March 3 culminating in a two-hour race on Sunday March 6.
