V8 Supercars has announced a new partnership with Woodstock Bourbon to become the official spirit supplier of Australia's premier race series.
The partnership was confirmed at the Clipsal 500 Adelaide season opener with the deal the biggest sponsorship arrangement to date for Woodstock Bourbon.
The Asahi Premium Beverage owned brand will receive exposure at all V8 Supercars events while also featuring throughout the championship's television coverage.
“We're thrilled to be aligning ourselves with the world's leading touring car category in what is the biggest sponsorship deal for Woodstock Bourbon to date,” said Asahi Premium Beverages Chief Commercial Officer Scott Hadley.
“We're excited to be joining the growing brand of the V8 Supercars, and are looking forward to this exciting new period for all involved.
“We strongly believe that it will allow us to connect with our customers and consumers on a greater level.”
“Woodstock Bourbon is a premium brand that recognises the power and reach of V8 Supercars,” added V8 Supercars CEO James Warburton.
“Now, with a record media deal in place and online engagement growing at an astonishing level, our brand is the strongest it has ever been.”
