Sebastien Bourdais is determined to return to the cockpit after undergoing a successful surgery on injuries sustained in a high speed crash during Indianapolis 500 qualifying.
Bourdais says he feels ‘pretty good’ following surgery on his pelvic injuries at the IU Health Methodist Hospital.
“I want to thank everybody for the support and the messages,” said Dale Coyne Racing’s Bourdais.
“Quite a few drivers have already dropped by.
“It’s going to take time, but I’m feeling pretty good since the surgery.
“I’ll be back at some point. Just don’t know when yet”
